I appreciated the generous size of the room, which comfortably accommodated my family of five. The well-equipped amenities enhanced our stay, providing convenience for daily needs. the room had an odd smell that was somewhat off-putting, making it feel less inviting than it should have.
One minor inconvenience was the lack of room service on Sundays and public holidays. This limitation meant we had to find alternative dining options, which slightly detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the lovely setup of the room.

A Nice Stay in Melbourne
I was excited to visit the National Gallery of Victoria, a must-see for its iconic collection of Australian art. The Quest was perfectly situated, just moments from this impressive landmark, which made it a top choice for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness center; I enjoyed morning workouts before my adventures! The diverse range of nearby restaurants also delighted me, making each meal a new culinary experience.
Parking was challenging; no EV charger available.

Very amiable and patient staff, it was enjoyable stay.
I appreciated 3 nights there. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was well-organised. The room with king beds. Everything was modern, but a few employees were very unprofessional. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a block-size plaza. There was a good restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

I had a lovely stay! The location is peaceful yet close to great cafes and attractions. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of appliances. Staff were cute, and checking in was a breeze. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Great location close to CBD and Botanic Gardens (for running). Spacious and modern apartment. Almost daily room service.
The checkout staff counted $200 as $100 when there were 2 $100 notes in front of her. And may have missed counting $50 note. I would be cautious with cash payments. Water pressure for showers was a bit low.

This place is perfectly located for exploring the city! The spacious and clean rooms made our stay super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, even if it's not a luxury hotel. Just note that Wi-Fi can be hit or miss. A fantastic experience!

My experience at quest was overall positive. the spacious apartment had a large kitchen and came with all necessary amenities like clean towels and linens. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. its location was ideal, with plenty of nearby eateries and a local grocery store for quick supplies. the walking distance to cultural attractions and cafes was a good bonus too.
Was all great 😕!

More than two keys for 6 guests would be useful, however very happy with our stay
Not enough towels for 6 people and the beds weren't prepared as requested. That said staff promptly turned the doubles into singles.
